The Integrity and Transparency Studies and Programmes for Human Rights Foundation is looking to hire a National coordinator for a regional anti-corruption programme
Date of implementation: immediately
Work place: the headquarter is in Cairo, with the possibility to work in governorates

Description of duties
Ensure the successful implementation, management and monitoring of activities and programs of the Foundation.
Seek potential funding opportunities with ensuring the implementation of the Foundation’s own vision and strategy and the improvement of its capacity complying with its obligations effectively.
Develop the executive plan of targeted programs
Develop accurate and high quality financial and narrative reports ensuring that all donors’ contractual obligations are met in a professional, transparent and timely manner.
Follow-up the implementation of programs with the team work and the national partners.
Supervise the selection of the team and the trainers who will conduct the programs.
Provide the board of directors with monthly reports and plans (both technically and financially) of the programs and activities that have to be carried out.
Prepare data base including different beneficiaries relevant to the proposed plans.
Ability to travel frequently in order to follow up the implementation of the activities and programs.
Required qualifications
Bachelor degree
5 years experience in human rights and development field, particularly with national or international NGOs and preferably on issues of good governance, social accountability, and public sector reform.
Skills in raising fund and projects management.
Outstanding IT skills in using computers and utilize software programs such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Excellent command of English (written and oral)
The ability to lead a team and to demonstrate creative ideas and to mange risks.
The ability to build partnerships with relevant government and non-government bodies on the levels of national partners, donors and potential national, regional and international partners.
The ability to represent the Foundation before different levels of partnerships in compliance with its vision and strategy.
